This spacious condo features two ocean-facing primary bedrooms, each with a king-size bed and large sliding glass doors overlooking the pool and the Sea of Cortez. The third bedroom has bunk beds, and the living room includes a pull-out sofa, making it ideal for families or groups of up to 6 guests.
The condo includes two full bathrooms with walk-in showers, plus a separate oversized soaking tub for added relaxation. The large, fully equipped kitchen offers a beautiful ocean view and includes quality cookware and dinnerware, along with full-size appliances: refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, and more. An in-unit washer and dryer adds extra convenience.
Step outside to the largest balcony available for a 2-bedroom at Las Palomas, furnished with a comfortable sofa, sun loungers, and a dining table for six—perfect for morning coffee or sunset meals.
Guests enjoy full access to all 3 phases and all the resorts amenities, including dozens of resort-style pools, two lazy rivers, two swim-up bars serving food, and multiple hot tubs. The resort also features two onsite restaurants, a full-service coffee shop, convenience store, gym, and is gated with 24-hour security for peace of mind.

About the Owner
We are a family of 4 who purchased our condo in 2020 during the pandemic, and it quickly became our home away from home. What started as a getaway turned into a place where we’ve made countless family memories. Our kids have grown up visiting Rocky Point, spending their days in the pools, at the beach, and enjoying everything the area has to offer. Over the years, our relatives and close friends have stayed here as well, and they all say the same thing—it truly feels like home. We take pride in our condo and love sharing it with guests who are looking for a comfortable, relaxing place to make their own memories. Whether it’s your first visit or a return trip, we hope you enjoy it as much as we do.
